Eleven pages of interiors, drawn mostly standing up and mostly in the wrong light. Very few of them will become paintings, which is the point of a sketchbook.

A drawing that already knows what it wants to be is not a drawing, it is a plan.

The two that might survive are both of the same corner, seen a week apart.
